Only immediate relatives can help you overcome the 3/10 year bar for AOS.

Siblings (even full siblings) do not count as immediate relatives.

Regardless, if you are able to overcome the 3/10 year bar, sibling sponsorship is the lowest priority (P4), which means you would most likely have to wait 10-20 years for the petition to come through.
