It's not right, but a lot act that way. I've seen a particular guard at my office treat non-English speakers or people with trouble understanding applications like trash.

If you feel strongly about it, write it in a comment in the "How did we do?" card they hand you at the end of the biometrics appointment and make your voice heard. Not that it will change anything.
Yeah I know it sucks, most of them are miserable And I doubt writing a comment would make a difference.
