Only software engineers/ web devs probably. I've broken websites as part of my job daily. However, I don't actively go around looking for things to break.
Reasons:

no variable
mistyped variable.
Miss typed a command.
Didn't give a variable a value.
Accidentally deleted my database.
Accidentally deleted variable in database.
Didn't start the server, but thought it was already on.
Variable I wrote turned out to be wrong and some code logic broke.
