I will never understand why they have a customer service number when they cant provide u with more information other than what their website already tells u. i find these service request useless because it leaves u with more questions than u had before!!! So tired of waiting...the anxiety and stress this wait has created sucks ass!!! IF and WHEN are not a good explanation!!! Never mind the rudeness of customer service people!!! Ugh LAME WAIT!!!!

Case status: APPROVED April 2, 2013...17 days before hitting 6 months ))
Approval letters and EAD Received 4/06/2013...waiting for Monday!!!!
