Either it is a fake or USCIS has a rearry bad probrem speaking Engrish. Maybe instead of trying to round up illegals that speak better English than they do, they should go back to school to educate themselves on the proper way to Speak and write English.

Sounds like they also need a lesson in pragmatics.
