I finally was able to contact her,they are taking her to san antonio, we couldn't get a hold of lawyer seems they are all off today. But hopefully we can get one on monday so they can fight the case if there is one. Anyone else had this happened to?
she actually speaks english, but said in jail they were asking everyone not only Hispanics where they were from. So I guess anyone who is arrested will probably be deported if not legal.

And she has applied for green card and been married since 2006 or 07. the lawyer said to contact him whenever this if ever happened we tried contacting him, but answering machine was off. Do you think we should stick with him? or find another one people have recommended another lawyer. Thanks
