It was as if the photograph was enlarged and part of the booklet inner cover, what seemed cool was that each of the 32 booklet pages had the outline of each of the Mexican states.

I have a Mexican passport from my consulate and it doesn't look that impressive.... It is like the one you are referring to, nothing impressive. I paid seventy something for it, I only got it for 3 years. I guess that the consulates still have not cough up technologically to the passports they issue in Mexico.
