Now thats not a question anyone here can answer. The logic is simple. You're not a U.S. national. Its funny I just looked this thing up literally minutes before I saw this thread and it says only legal aliens and citizens aren't required to have their passports. Legal residents must have their green card with them, but passport not required. I really don't think we're considered legal yet.
