I should mention some possible wildcards that can happen but very rare before election:

1) If Dems really did pull out of a deal because of the circuit courts ruling, then If SC strikes down DACA, dems might negotiate again. More than likely there's just going to be both sides blaming each other but if Trump somehow sees that he can pull latino voters away from dems during an election year by giving a good DACA deal, then something might happen. The key is that Trump has to offer a good deal, not Goodlatte bill and ask for something like 10 pillars.

2) Kushner along with Graham brokers a deal out of nowhere.
