I don't understand what they're trying to accomplish by suing. DACA is bones, it's an EO which has no grounds for anything. Correct me if I'm wrong but aint it clearly stated that it is up to the USCIS official to grant, at their discretion, an extension? In other words if they have dirt on you, can they deny or revoke your deferred action?
