Are you guys considered a lawful US resident? Are you sure? I know it doesn't say Permanent Resident, but most other credit cards only ask that you are a US resident, defined as having lived here for 3 years so the fact that it mentions lawful, it kind of sounds like it's asking for green card holders to me. Is lawful presence the same as lawful resident?

I know Apple folks go out of their way for a little bit of vanity that owning something from apple makes them think it provides to them but it'd be a silly way to accidentally lie about your legal status just to get a card that scratches easily and doesn't really benefit you anymore than any other card.

Mid-40's dreamer (yeah, time flies), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine. Have family petition that is now officially current but with past skeletons, is risky to move forward with AOS. Life is on hold for now until laws and/or government becomes more friendly.
