FedEx and UPS cannot send to PO boxes as these belong to United States Postal Service (USPS).

The left address is an address of a PO box which is basically a mailbox located in a post office, USPS drops the mail there and then someone has to pick it up from there.

The right address is an address of the office for deliveries, a courier (USPS express, UPS, FedEx) brings the package/mail and someone has to sign for it. The "attn:" basically tells the office what type of a case does the package contain.
