My husband went to file his renewal today with an immigration center(the one he used for the first daca) and they are asking for him to include a certificate of disposition(disorderly condunct from 5 years ago). I was just wondering if he really needs that for a renewal? He already sent it for his initial application back in 2016.

Also do you guys think its too late to apply for a renewal? He expires mid september
