The equation is simple. Obama wins = Conditional Green Card for all DACA beneficiaries aka DREAM ACT will pass for sure. In addition to this, Legal status for ALL undocumented immigrants when CIR passes (unclear when this will happen but it definitely will in the second term). On the other hand, if Romney wins = Marriage is only path to Green Card for everyone unless the immigrant community rises up and continues putting the pressure.
