So.... I have heard that you can get sponsored under 245i if your parents filed for it... my parents say that I have been claimed in that 245i... does that mean when I graduate nursing school I can be sponsored by a hospital to get legalized? I was pretty young at the time, way before age 21... is there a current lawsuit on this case???

I have searched the forum but still pretty confused, any info would be greatly appreciated.
