My only pathway is the I 601 a Form. In addtion, I'm a D.A.C.A beneficiary.

So this is My time
I came to the USA as boy in 1991
Sent my I 1-130 on September 2004
I-130 approved on April 25 2005
Visa became current in 2010

I could not leave the country because of the 10 year will become in effect.

I 601 a provision waiver comes into effect in March 2013

Sent my I601 a Provisional waiver form in August 2013
The form got accepted in September 6, 2013
I took my finger prints on September 23,2013
The next step is TBA

I hope that I'm not the only one.
I was here during the DACA timeline, and I learned alot about you guys and how to deal with the problems and outcomes of the forom. Lets do the same withe the I601a Provisonal Waiver form.
