You can approach this in a few ways:

1. you can talk about an international behemoth that has a giant footprint in nearly every single country, or

2. talk about a large domestic company that has powerful ambitions to break into an international market. This one is easier I think, because you can go in depth about the challenges they face, the pressures, and even throw in a few recommendations (based on what similar, successful firms did or something along those lines).
