You can transfer from ITIN to new SSN, if you have filed taxes using a ITIN. But claiming fake SSN benefits for taxes, those go unclaim and you cannot claim them since, of course, you committed fraud by using a fake. Everyone, remember to rescind your ITIN number once you get your new SSN
