I think it depends. Assuming the USA Act were to pass the House, in my opinion, it’s entirely possible that the Senate would take up a similar bill with more demands from Republicans. The end result, if that bill were to pass, would be a compromise of the two bills. It’s not entirely unlikely that this could happen. The issue remains that that ugly cunt bitch Miller would probably influence Trump to not back anything. But idk, a move like that would deeply hurt the Republican Party... Congress manages to pass a solution just for Trump to veto it. Plus he really wants his wall money.
