Not really. All she needs to do is an I-601A waiver and get a good lawyer to prove that her absence will cause hardhship to their husband then she can do the legalization process but that's only IF SHE CAME HERE WITHOUT AN INSPECTION aka crossing the border.

If she came here with a tourist visa and overstayed, then she can adjust here. Just consult an immigration lawyer. The marriage part of immigration will never change.
