It's called order, courtesy, whatever you want to call it. Why would someone intentionally post their question more than once? So they can get more coverage compared to other threads. That's unfair to others asking their questions, and without some sort of "criticism," it would turn into a craigslist forum plastered with $5 handjob ads.

I think A.Spero covered most points, but from my understanding, you need to deal with someone who's familiar with the AB540 program, and has helped students' admissions based on it. If one particular admission counselor isn't helpful, find someone else who is.

If you really do meet the requirements, all it takes is some persistence and willingness to research.
