The White House isn't going to care. They've handed the issue off to USCIS--that organization is the one who needs to get their shit together.
1. Hire more people to handle the volume of applications -- I821Ds can't be the only applications that get delayed.
2. Spend more money on training officers so there is consistency in information provided.
