Ref- here is some tips.

Do not send uscis documents they don't need.

Do not send them documents that you already send them.

Make sure your don't send unnecessary documents that they did't ask you for.

Read your rfe carefully and send only what they ask you for.

Everyone worrying to much about proving continues residency and send to out to much paper work it's a good thing but can delay your case it's just more work and headache for uscis.

Just cut straight to the point.

If you have kids send them a copy of your child birth certificate this a lone can are will prove 2 to 3 years of continues residency.
Dentist are hospital records can prove years depending on what you send them.

This is a big question: Do i of to prove each and every month? No you don't but if you can go a head.

Prove before age 16-make sure you prove that it's very important and anything you use to prove this must be notarize.
School record, medical record ex;

high school diploma is just to prove you have a certificate of completion and you can send other certificate even if you just attend a technical school.

I'm just someone with the experience passing it on to someone who could use the help.

Just remember to keep it simple and straight to the point. Don't send anything they did not ask for.
