So I submitted my i130 as a son of a permanent resident parent back in 2015 after being aged out of my parent's employment based green card application. I am grandfathered in 254i so i am able to adjust from within. I was wondering if anyone else is in this similar situation. Is your i130 still pending?
I was wondering if we can get some help from senators to have uscis allow us to file our i485 even though priority dates are not current.
Any thoughts?
