My letter said 4 weeks but when I called the lady told me it could take up to 6 weeks. But I received mines the end of 4 weeks goin on 5 weeks. Go down to your social security office and see what's going on(if it was out already, address is right and etc...)And if you can get a print out at the time take it until u get the card
