Yes, they were EWI but also had a 245I. My USC sibling petitioned for them.
It is confusing. First, they say I am undocumented because I want to be.
When I would tell them about a good news update on DACA relief, they are like, " Why do you want to get legalized?"
Really....?
I stopped discussing immigration with them.
