Even if Biden wins and Dems take congress, I don't think any legislation would pass. DACA would be left as is with the 1 year permit going forward (so no improvement). I doubt Biden would even push for any kind of immigration reform and even if he does, congress will not let anything pass.

I don't think Trump will win without cheating. The perfect luck storm of 2016 is not there in 2020 for the following reason:
1. Trump can't sell glitter and rainbows as the incumbent. He is the status quo.
2. 3rd party candidates will not dilute Biden. Gary J. took 6%.
3. Biden is not as unpopular as Hilary Clinton.
4. The Anti-Trump movement is strong: moderate republicans, independents, and some libertarians know they fucked up in 2016.
