I'm currently doing my taxes myself I need a bit of help with the insurance portion. I have an employer sponsored insurance of which I pay $72 per paycheck every two weeks I get paid (it gets taken out of my paycheck.

Under medical expenses it says that I could put insurance premiums as a deduction does that include how much i pay per check?
$72x2 = $144/mo. Which would be $1728/year.

Or am I just confused ??
