I want him to go with Tino Cuellar. He's a naturalized Mexican American with an excellent background. I have read conflicting accounts that his family was once undocumented and/or crossed the border into the U.S. while he was a child.

Political, I know. But it would make for great entertainment. Republicans would be beside themselves with trying to explain why they do not want him as Scalia's replacement.
