1. Amnesty
2. Wait until my wife naturalized , she can petition the AOS for me. For arrival information alien , only USCIS has jurisdiction over my AOS application , then file to cancel my removal order.

Removal order needs to be terminated or cancel ( even when green card application is approved ), otherwise just like you said it will cause issues when traveling and ICE can still deport you
