For what its worth, as long as there is no unrest in your country, going back to an underdeveloped nation, with the knowledge of the English language and in most cases an American college degree, is far more advantageous than going to a country with a semi-decent mostly evolved economy where, in reality, you will be fighting for jobs with people who have degrees from prestigious schools all over Europe.

All I hear from my relatives these days is that my country is not what it use to be like and to some of the ones that have been here, it seems more Americanized than US itself, with the exception of availability of jobs. They all say that if I go back I'll find something but they cannot tell me what, while here if I had my papers I could get a job within a month of serious looking.
