Is a case being transferred to the National Benefit Center a good thing?
My husband's case has been transferred there and we have been waiting for a response to our initial request of evidence for about 3 months now.

he thankfully has the EAD card in hand but nothing yet on a GC interview. :'(

also our field office is in our hometown and CA service center, if that makes a difference.
