If you are looking to get one DA User, it's fairly easy to get one from NM.

Just need two proofs of residency... In my case I used a cable (internet bill) and a lease contract that I signed. In less than 2 months i got my DL! It's harder if you are under 25 because the state requires all drivers under 25 to go through an anti drunk driving program.

In any case... whether you have a DL from Washington or NM, I would advise against supplying it as information for this DACA process. Yes we may have legitimately gone there and resided there to get the DL but as I heard from a lawyer its very risky to use this as proof.
