Just said I had an update on my status Jan. 22 that I had called Jan 22nd and was told I was going to get a response within 30 day, if not to call again and ask for a second level officer.. which was not totally true they did tell me to call but I add the second level officer part.. it worked, but I was on hold for about 2 hours..
