Do exceptionally well in high school and apply to private universities where most of your expenses will be paid for, once you graduate you'll have opportunities to work pretty much anywhere else but the US. This is your best chance dude, there will be a lot of peer pressure involved to do stuff that might drive you away from your goal but you really need to focus on your studies. When you get your degree from a prestigious school you'll come out in a much better position than most people who do have papers because most people strive to become average. You won't be missing out much for not being legal, maybe you won't get to go to travel a lot but you still will get enjoy the college experience. Never isolate yourself from others because of your situation, it's extremely important that you network with other people because you can't afford to have less opportunities to deal with the extra hardships.
