I believe TPS would take precedence because it is a concrete lawful status, as opposed to DACA that's ultimately regulatory fuckery, and one of the requirements for DACA is that you're out of status. Also the thing about TPS is that even if it does get eventually rescinded they'll just put you into DED which is basically slight better deferred action that probably will never go away, Liberia has been in it since 2007.

I mean you can file for both but I'm not sure if both can be approved as I noted above.

In either of your cases, if the TPS were to be rescinded and then DED were to be rescinded, you could late renew for DACA assuming that'd be still standing at that point.

tl;dr: You can file for both. I'm not sure if you can get both or just TPS. TPS is a better deal than DACA.
