All this driver's license and car talk is really presumptuous on our part. We have yet to receive anything. Work authorization first and foremost.

I'm not sure if I understand what your asking, but state law requires any male who is at least 18 years old but less than 26 years old to comply with Federal Selective Service System requirement when applying to receive a driver's license...
