I've sent a service request twice and it didn't help at all..I also have done everything I can think of. I don't even bother calling or doing anything anymore since they always tell me to wait and that they are doing a background check. I wonder how many times they pull this answer out of their asses...i guess i have to wait and if its a RFE i will be freaking pissed off...Its just stupid and ridiculous this long ass wait
