This is actually trickier than it sounds because visa overstayers almost have to follow the same protocol as the ones being petitioned from their home country..depending on where she came from....the amount of years is basically the same, but she may go through a different process given that she overstayed (without a legal status).
The fastest, and easiest, way for her to adjust is by marriage. Otherwise, unfortunately, a reform is her only chance.
