The way I see it is since the waiver rules changed and one doesn't have to risk going back to their country of origin to file for the waiver it shouldn't be a risky move if one were to be approved for DACA because if you get denied, you can just sit around waiting for the DREAM Act or CIR to pass without having to worry about being kicked out.
