No. I sent the money order to the specified address for returned check fees. I also just put a stamp so I cant even know if it got there for sure.
Does USCIS put apps on hold until you pay them back? If so, it makes sense that the letter might have been lost. Gonna have to go to USPS to make a money order inquiry
