I am about to apply for advance parole. I received my DACA in October 2012. My lawyer advised me to do it through humanitarian reasons because my father lives in Mexico and I have not seen him in 4 years. He does nothave an illness nor a medical condition. So what could be my reason to get the advanced parole other than I miss him terribly? Any ideas? Help! Also, once I get the advance parole, my husband, who is a USC can petition for my permanent residency and I won't have to leave the country. So it is imperative that I get the advance parole. Help meeeeee!!
