We submitted all the forms with the help of a local Korean immigration lawyer. Glad we did that because there were so many documents I didn’t realize I needed. And had to order from the Korean consulate and translated and notarized. It was a lot of work.

Finally submitted April 6 and they received it April 8th. Then it took about a month but as of May 11, I’ve been approved of EAD (I-765) plus AP combo so my card will be arriving soon. Still waiting to hear back on I-140 and I-485.
Congrats! That is super quick!!

My mom applied in October, fingerprinted in Nov and no word yet. She has been undocumented for 20+ years. AOS via marriage
