I am pretty sure that travel will be implemented but in a different form,they will most likely require that you have an approved Advanced parole documentation.Work permits come in two different forms.
Work permits through Deferred action generally come with the "Not Valid for Re-entry" on the card,those with approved Advanced Parole would have "Valid for Re-entry".
PS:It covers those who ARE currently 30 years of age!!!
