No matter what the supreme court says about DACA trump will interpret the law the way he wants until someone sues again and the cycle repeats, and every cycle takes about year, the system is so messed up and the people who can do something about it don't do crap because they dont give a fk.

Courts have always been empty rulings without the enforcement factor. It just happens the executive branch is the enforcement branch.
Lets say you win a judgement for X amount of money. You would still have to pay someone to help you collect from the person. In terms of the criminal system, the judicial branch makes rulings and the police would enforce the warrant. It breaks apart when the enforcement branch is the one that breaking all the laws.
