so my cousin just came back from an info pass appointment and was told that all DACA cases are on hold because of a lawsuit. The officer told her that her case does not even show that she needs biometrics. he verified her address and basically told her to wait till she gets the appointment letter.

I think this makes no sense whatsoever but all we can do is wait. anyone else from November still waiting for a bio appt?
