That's like saying somebody looks illegal.
Maybe it's jury her neighborhood that makes her feel comfortable like that. Does her attending a Cal State not make a difference? Plus, if you read the entire story, you'd see that her mom was cleared of any drug related activity. Border patrol arrested her because of her status, but was let go by police.
