Depends on your definition of a weapon.

Firearms, no we're "Prohibited persons" under the National Firearms Act.
Anything else (bladed weapons, blunt weapons, crossbows, flamethrowers) is pretty much fair game as long as it's legal in the jurisdiction. Flamethrowers for instance are restricted only in CA and MD, I thought about picking up one for home defense back in New York.

For things like guns that the ATF doesn't classify as firearms (smoothbore muzzle loaders, flintlocks, front-loading naval cannons) I really do not know. I want to say yes but do not quote me on this one after you use a naval cannon to get rid of a crowd trying to raid your stash of toilet paper.
