@Zalmoxe... She did everything humanly possible. She called constantly, she finally got a rep about 3 wks ago who put in a service request for her. She tried the ombudsman, she even had a infopass appt last week. It's really hard to say what actually helped. They probably just got fed up with all the calls and just said " please give this girl her renewal so she will stop calling"!! Lol... All I saw kids is use every resource available to you. You may think it's pointless at times...but don't give up!! Good luck to the rest of you that are still waiting... It is coming!!
