so someone asked in another forum , this is the situation you applied for daca , you have been waiting for months and you are working with a fake ssn or someone elses while u wait , lets say a raid was to happen and sheriffs take you into custody , would you still be prosecuted or would daca protect you ?
i believe you can still be prosecuted , since daca is not a law , your thoughts ?
